Responsible for the overall administration of centralized leaves and accommodations processes. Works in partnership with corporate and regional Human Resource, Store and Distribution Center Management to identify and escalate major risk concerns. Oversees a team of analysts who are responsible for the day to day administration of the centralized processes. Creates strategic plans to promote and enforce compliance with state and federal laws in addition to company policies impacting business operations, employees and managers. Manages compliance specific to WinCo Foods reasonable accommodation and protected leave program. Consistently provides friendly, courteous customer service to internal and external customers. Additionally, this role provides policy interpretation, leave/accommodation transaction guidance, and problem solving for direct reports.
